Sky Arts used ADI's iCONIC 100 for a live screening of an opera from the Glyndebourne Opera Festival this summer.
The event was part of Sky Arts' promotion as the official broadcast partner of the world famous festival and took place in the beautiful surroundings of Chester's Grosvenor Park.
"Glyndebourne at Grosvenor Park" was designed to capture the Glyndebourne experience, with a live broadcast of the classic Italian comic opera L'elisir d'amore (The Elixir of Love) as a climax of the channel's month-long Glyndebourne season. ADI also brought in a preferred PA Hire supplier to provide sound to accompany the screening.
The screening was free, attracting large crowds who took advantage of beautiful weather to experience a relaxing evening from one of the premium opera events in the world, and helped both Sky Arts and Glyndebourne in their brief to broaden the appeal for opera.
