November 11th is always one of the most moving days of the year, being the day that marks the end of the First World War and the day that the nation honours both our fallen service people and those that serve today.
An iCONIC 60 from ADI was used in Trafalgar Square as part of the Royal British Legion's Silence in the Square event to mark this most poignant of occasions.
Large crowds gathered in Trafalgar Square to mark the occasion, which was hosted by Ben Shepard and featured music and readings from celebrities including The Saturdays, Blake and Keeley Hawes.
However, most were there to observe the two minute silence, as a respectful hush descended upon the famous Square at 11am, punctured only by the lone bugle performing the traditional Reveille to mark the end of the silence.
As is traditional in Trafalgar Square, the moving event was concluded with the symbolic placing of the poppy petals in the fountains.
