ADI have provided a full Event TV service to The Event Show for the past two years, providing the show with its own channel via a Production, Outside Broadcast and LED screen solution.
The Event Show is the leading date on the events industry calendar, with over 4,000 visitors descending on Earl’s Court Olympia for the two-day show in January.
ADI provide a complete event television solution for the show, which is managed from conception to completion. The solution includes a 30m screen flown in the centre of the hall for everyone to see, as well as a three camera outside broadcast facility, further plasma screens around bar areas and a PA system. ADI also provide a full production service prior to the show, with creation of a channel brand identity – complete with logo, stings and incidental graphics – as well as full planning, scripting and even provision of a presenter.
Some of the main attractions of The Event Show are the Access Sessions seminars and with major name speakers such as Bob Geldof and Glastonbury’s Michael Eavis, they are frequently over-subscribed. With ADI onsite, the sessions are filmed and broadcast live on the LED screen and plasmas, allowing everyone at the show to watch and listen.
As well as The Access Sessions the screens broadcast footage of acts from the LIVE Stage, information on upcoming show features and promotional material from many of the show’s exhibitors.
