For the past two summers, ADI have provided "The home of cricket", Lords MCC with one of our smaller iCONIC mobile LED screens for their major matches. This has included tests and one-day internationals against The West Indies, India and New Zealand, as well as the Friends Provident Final.
The contract has seen either one of ADI's iCONIC 15 or iCONIC 12's located in The Nursery Ground, at Lords, which sits next to the main stadium, behind the new press centre. With The Nursery Ground now made available for the batting team to practice throughout the match, it presents a great opportunity for fans to see their heroes close-up. ADI's screen alongside this shows coverage of the match throughout the day, allowing the crowds to keep up with the match. Lords make use of the iCONIC 15's innovative double screen feature, with both screens being used so that the crowds on both sides can enjoy the action.
The iCONIC 15 has certainly proved to be a success, with good crowds in the Nursery Ground, particularly during the match's intervals and the screen also helps to boost concessions sales as people stay in the area longer.
