ADI supplied an iCONIC 100 mobile LED screen to Mindfuture for use on the 67th Tour de Pologne, one of the world's premier road cycling events.
Part of the UCI Pro Tour, The Tour of Poland is included in the elite of cycling events alongside the likes of the Tour de France and Giro d'Italia. ADI supplied an iCONIC 100 – the world's largest mobile LED screens – to travel with the tour and be used each day at the end of the leg.
For each stage the iCONIC 100 was positioned close to the finish line, where it would broadcast all day in preparation for the arrival of the cyclists in the late afternoon. With the teams racing for around 6 hours each day, the iCONIC 100 showed sponsor branding mixed with live race action provided by the official broadcast partner TVP, helping to keep the gathering crowds involved in the race as it neared the city.
As well as entertaining crowds, the iCONIC 100 helped to promote race sponsors and this was achieved both through on-screen promotion and also via printed banners on the side of the large screen trailer. Sponsors included the main Tour partner Skandia as well as additional sponsors Fiat, Tauron, Onet.pl and RMF.
