Nic van Gass, Director of ADI.tv SA, qualified as a Charted Accountant in 1982 with Ernst and Young and worked in their Johannesburg and London Office. He joined the South African Investment Limited Group in 1994 where he gained experience in various senior positions including CEO, Managing Director and later as Executive: Shared Services. He left SAIL in 2005 to pursue his own business interest in the business of sport and property development.

Ivan Sasman, Director of ADI.tv SA, obtained his B. Arch Degree in 1985, his masters in Urban Planning in 1992 and has gained 22 years experience within the Architectural Field of which 11 years was as the Director of Ivan Sasman Architects and Urban Planners. Ivan has gained experience as a Consultant to the City of Cape Town Intersite/South African Railway Corporation where he successfully designed and facilitated the Wynberg Transport Module Interchange between 1994 and 1997. As Director of Ivan Sasman Architects and Urban Planners he has been involved in projects ranging from Civic Building for local municipalities and provincial authorities to community centers and schools. Currently his main projects include a Forensic Science Laboratory for the South African Police Services (SAPS), Disabled access to six prominent museums and the Wynberg Sports development.

Wilhelm Schlünz, CEO of ADI.tv SA, obtained his B Compt. Degree in 1978 and has gained 10 years experience as Project Manager for Pro Sport Management Group, where he was exposed to advertising, sponsorships, stadium development, management of corporate hospitality, publishing and sport tours. He gained a further 5 years experience as Brand Manager for South African Investments Limited (SAIL Group Ltd) where he was exposed to all the key elements of brand management.

Jurie le Grange, Production Manager of ADI.tv SA, has 30 years international broadcast experience as Producer/Director of various Sport Broadcasts e.g. 1995 World Cup Rugby, 1996 Atlanta Olympic games. Nedbank Golf Challenge. Various Soccer games in Africa. Direct multicamera productions (non sport) 26 episodes of Liriekeraai for Kyknet. Operated Newlands & Loftus Ledscreens since 1997. Directed the Led Screen at Newlands Cricket for the Twenty20 World Cup 2007.

Evert Spies, Technical Manager of ADI.tv SA is a Broadcast engineer with 28 years experience in Studios & Outside broadcast. Team leader in various international linkups from South Africa. Engineer on Outside Broadcast Vehicle during 2003 Cricket World Cup and T20 World Cup 2007. Maintained the first Led Screen in South Africa from 1997 to 2007. Worked on various other screens in South Africa including the Loftus Versfeldt Screen. Qualified in video, digital, light and heavy current.

Faith Solomon, Administration Manager of ADI.tv SA has gained 4 years experience in the hospitality industry within the Reservations, Front desk , Conferencing Departments of various 5 Star Hotels within South Africa, 2 years as Office Manager and Project Assistant within Training of Hospitality Industry and an additional 2 years as Personal Assistant to Regional Manager of Department of Labour. She has gained experience in General Office Coordination, HR Administration, Diary Management, Written Communication, Project Management, Travel and Function Management, Customer Care, Client Liaison, Training and ISO 9000.

Tavia Shouw, Logistic Manager of ADI.tv SA completer her ND: Public Management. She has gained 5 years experience in various industries including Ivan Sasman Architects, during this time she has equipped herself in the skills of Office Manager and Project Manager. Her duties included Project Management, Client Liaison and General Administration.
