Each of our installations comes with a full monitoring service enabling real-time observation of operating variables and providing early warning of any potential problems. This takes the form of both visual cameras and continual IP monitoring of content delivery and key operating variables. This allows us to drastically cut the time, cost and frequency of call-outs and maximise reliability.
Monitoring is supported by a full in-house maintenance department which provides a combination of regular equipment servicing and incident call-out services to minimise any operating disruption.
Whilst many companies sub-contract maintenance to third party companies, all ADI installations are serviced and maintained by our own in-house department, using our own certified and fully qualified service engineers. This ensures guaranteed level of service and that engineers will be properly trained to service your technology. After all, we work with our screens on thousands of events and installations throughout the year – who knows them better than us?
With full HD capabilities, remote control and features such as face recognition and motion sensors they can prevent acts of vandalism and disorder. In addition to the peace of mind for your installation, 24/7 recorded monitoring can also help to lower insurance premiums.
