Project Management
Upon ordering an LED screen from ADI, you will be assigned an experienced Project Manager who will be your point of contact throughout the process of installation and throughout the lifetime of the screen. Your purchase is only the initial stage in a long-term relationship, and we strive to ensure that your installation and continuing operation is as smooth and easy for you as possible.
At the project concept stage, your Project Manager will discuss exactly what requirements and expectations you have for your screens and the required ADI services. Using this information, he will build a comprehensive project plan, detailing the timeline for your installation and supporting services. Throughout the course of the project, this is referred to and revised as necessary, should your requirements change for any reason.
After initial site survey, we advise on the optimum structure for your screen to fit sympathetically with its surroundings and liaise with 3rd party steelworkers from initial design to completion of construction.
Your Project Manager will work closely with each of ADI’s departments on your behalf, managing all processes required, and reporting back with regular updates and progress reports. Some of our customers are content to let the process take its course, others like to be more hands on in their approach – we’ll work to suit you.
