Last month we shared news of the planned digital transformation at Worcester Warriors’ Sixways Stadium. Roll on five weeks and it’s live!
At the end of what’s been a very busy summer, our team was on hand to deliver the installation of a new high impact digital display which has taken over the entire South Stand at Sixways.
Here it is in action, shortly before the first home game of the season in which Warriors triumphed over Leicester Tigers in a resounding 57 – 23 victory.
Our production team produced all of the content for the new displays – delivering a mix of fan-rousing features which synched across the ribbon and screens, together with club and brand promo content.
An example in the clip above, at around 00:30 seconds in, shows how effective digital displays can be for activating brand partnerships, with Warriors’ sponsor, Greene King, pouring a pint of their famous IPA on an epic scale.
It seems fan, sponsor and media reaction to new displays was really positive following its unveiling, with the Worcester News commenting that “Sixways was buzzing’ thanks to the digital transformation…
