The 2026 ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals brought world-class table tennis back to London, marking 100 years since the first World Championships were held in the capital.
Delivered across the Copper Box Arena and OVO Arena Wembley, the tournament welcomed the world’s best players and thousands of fans across two weeks of elite international competition, with our teams supporting the live experience through sports presentation, fan engagement, creative content and LED infrastructure.
From the opening matches through to the final trophy celebrations, the championships combined high-level competition with an immersive arena atmosphere designed to elevate every moment inside the venue and across broadcast.

Solution Spotlight
One of the standout moments of the championships came during the finals opening at the OVO Arena Wembley, where a dramatic ‘spoken-word’ performance celebrated 100 years of the World Team Table Tennis Championships returning to London.
Written by ADI, the piece reflected on the history of the sport in the city where the championships first began in 1926, before looking ahead to “writing the next chapter” in 2026. Performed by the official arena announcer alongside expression dance and synchronised visual content, the opening combined poetry, audio and live production into a powerful moment that helped set the tone for the finals.
Sports presentation played a central role throughout the championships, helping shape the atmosphere and energy across both venues.
Lighting design, audio delivery and curated soundtracks worked together to build intensity across every session, while athlete entrances, lightshows and SFX helped elevate key moments throughout the tournament. Trophy ceremonies brought together staging, creative content and arena presentation to celebrate both the athletes and the significance of the championships returning to London for its centenary year.
Bespoke LED structures and dynamic content packages helped define the visual identity of the event, transforming both arenas into modern championship environments that felt immersive for fans and impactful on broadcast.
Behind the scenes, detailed show planning and live execution ensured every presentation element remained seamless across long competition days, with our teams coordinating content, cues, arena moments and technical delivery to pull the entire show together from start to finish.

Fan Engagement
Fan engagement remained a major focus throughout the championships, helping maintain atmosphere and interaction across every session, both inside and outside of the arena.
Gamification tools including Qvue and Qpix brought supporters directly into the live experience, while hosting, DJs and in-bowl entertainment helped keep energy levels high throughout the event.
T-shirt cannons, reactive crowd moments and live arena interaction added another layer to the championships, creating an environment that connected fans more closely to the action taking place on the table.

Alongside the in-venue experience, the championships were also delivered for a huge global audience, with the event projected to reach up to 1.3 billion viewers across more than 110 countries through international broadcast and streaming platforms.
Broadcast integration played an important role throughout the tournament, ensuring lighting, creative content, LED displays and live arena moments translated effectively on screen whilst maintaining the atmosphere inside the venue across 13 days of competition.
From athlete walk-ons and crowd shots to trophy celebrations and show moments, every element was designed to help present the centenary championships as a premium international sporting event for audiences watching around the world, whilst helping deliver a connected experience for more than 60,000 spectators attending across the tournament.
