adi.tv revolutionise the Formula E race experience with installation of 11 digital garages in Saudi Arabia
ADI teamed up with modular structure experts The Halo Group to design and build motorsport’s first ever digital pit lane for the Formula E 2023 CORE Diriyah ePrix.

A multi-disciplinary team of ADI staff travelled to the Saudi Arabian desert to install a spectacular pit lane that stretched over 180 metres. It included 11 bespoke Driver Garages, a fully digital Technical Garage to house the FIA technical team and a TV Studio.
More than 180 hours of unique content was also designed in-house by ADI and delivered by on-site screen operators during the only night race in Formula E’s calendar.
Combining a high-resolution LED platform with bespoke content helped create an unprecedented race presentation feature that presented the drivers and teams to a global tv audience in a more engaging way.
The vibrant modular garages enhanced the look and feel of the pit lane, which traditionally features static signage, while also offering Formula E a highly flexible canvas to promote their own messaging.
With more than 35,000 fans in attendance, Motorsport’s first ever LED pit lane has now raised the bar for driver and spectator experiences at future events.
Bespoke Content Creation
Alongside this, ADI provided a full sports presentation programme across the track, fan village, medal podium and hospitality locations, along with creative content, 15 km of fibre connectivity and 1,250 sqm of LED.
