Since March of this year, the ADI team have travelled through 5 countries and supported 13 cycling and running events on behalf of client A.S.O., including the world’s most-watched sporting occasion, Tour de France.
In addition to providing a dedicated technical and operational team, we’ve used our in-house innovation to bring unique and bespoke LED screen concepts to A.S.O.’s flagship events, helping the client evolve the fan experience, drive brand activation and provide seamless event delivery.
TECHNICAL TOURING PARTNER
Since 2018, ADI have supported A.S.O. as a key event delivery partner, deploying an increasing number of high impact LED displays and digital signage, production services and skilled staff.
The LED screen assets utilised by A.S.O. are specific to each occasion and event format; for instance Le Tour features bespoke, super wide modular LED backdrops and time trial depart ramps, digital gantries and the custom-built iCONIC CS mobile screen with integrated stage – amongst 10 other mobile and modular LED solutions.
Each screen has it’s own unique use and added value; for example the iCONIC CS is an all-in-one entertainment platform that’s an integral part of the touring Fan Village, hosting performers and presenters on it’s stage and displaying the programming live on it’s large LED screen above. With a super quick time to build and de-rig, the iCONIC CS is easy to deploy across all 21 stages of Le Tour, and also featured on the 2023 edition of Critérium du Dauphiné as a winner’s podium. Other assets include the digital gantries at the start and finish lines that display live data and official timings, alongside activation of brand partners in front of local spectators and the huge broadcast audiences watching globally.
All display hardware is supported by a skilled and agile team of ADI staff that travel on every stage of every event. They assist with video distribution, connectivity and content play-out; seamlessly working alongside the client and other event delivery partners in the tight logistical schedule of world-class cycling and running events.
