ADI’s Tech Tour Targets Architects & Placemakers

Last month our Tech Tour team hit the road again – this time speaking with architects and land owners.

September saw the latest leg of ADI’s Venue Tech Tour – where we bring the latest technologies and interactive solutions direct to our customers.

Following the huge success of our Stadiums, Venues & Federations tour last year, this tour focused instead on public spaces; and more specifically at the Architects and Placemakers that help to transform spaces into places.

Starting at Edinburgh’s iconic Murrayfield Stadium, the tour took in Manchester and London, before the final leg at Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Molineux Stadium in Birmingham.

OPEN FORMAT

The format has been one of informative discussion, with guests invited into ADI’s bespoke expandable pod to discuss the latest trends in venue display tech and how it can be seamlessly integrated into venue design. It’s also an opportunity for them to get hands on with ADI’s latest product range, including the world-first MTF – the world’s first fire-rated LED panel to pass the BSEN 13501-1 classification that sat at the heart of the huge Printworks digital ceiling project launched this year.

“The roadshow is a great opportunity for us to build relationships with the people involved in defining the very essence of these large public spaces.

“Modern LED technology is dramatically lighter and slimmer than before, making it ideally suited for media architecture. The roadshow gives us a chance for us to understand a bit more about some of the projects being considered and for our guests to gain useful insight from our 25 years of manufacturing and installation experience in the field.”
