As we gear up for four days of jump racing at the iconic Cheltenham Festival next week, we take a look back at how far the race day experience has progressed since we delivered a mobile screen at our first horse racing event over two decades ago.
Through our long-standing relationship with Jockey Club Racecourses (JCR), we became the first to bring giant LED screens to UK horseracing and have since established ourselves as an industry-leading supplier.
Our pioneering solutions that revolutionised the look and feel of the JCR race day in 2006 have become a fundamental part of the experience and can now be found in some of the most prestigious race meetings, from Cheltenham Festival to the Grand National and the Epsom Derby.
We have loved being a part of the journey, which has seen our technology evolve from a singular mobile screen overlooking the grandstand, to deploying the biggest mobile and modular screens in the world, in a variety of different shapes and sizes, forming a single digital canvas for our customer.
This development in LED solutions derives from our long standing relationships with each racecourse, understanding their requirement from both an operational and commercial point of view, proving pivotal in our shared development and vision.
Our experience and expertise working in a wide variety of sporting disciplines worldwide allows us to impart this knowledge on each racecourse, designing bespoke and creative solutions, both in terms of software and hardware. Our aim as ever, is to enhance the customer journey, from the moment you step foot on the site, to that celebratory moment, and everything that happens in between.
As it stands, we supply over 80 racecourses internationally with event screen rental and production services, while our bespoke digital installations can be found in some of the UK’s highest profile hospitality areas.
