As we approach the festive season, it’s the perfect time to reflect on what has been a phenomenal year for LIVE Events Teams in 2025. Together with our incredible teams and valued partners, we’ve achieved outstanding milestones that have revolutionised events across the globe.
The year kicked off at full throttle. From global motorsport and endurance events to packed arenas and relaunch moments, the opening months of 2025 set the tone for a year defined by scale, innovation and unforgettable fan experiences.
JANUARY
January was a fast-moving start to the year, with teams active across continents from the very first week. Formula E’s Season 11 gathered momentum in Mexico City, the Dakar Rally delivered one of motorsport’s toughest tests in Saudi Arabia, and elite indoor cycling took centre stage with the UCI Track Champions League lighting up venues across Europe.
From high-performance racing to immersive sport presentation, January set a strong foundation for the year ahead.
fEBRUARY
February kept the momentum building with major international competition and key technical deliveries behind the scenes. Alongside extensive UEFA digiBOARD deployments and the UK Athletics Indoor Championships, the month featured world-class netball at the Vitality Nations Cup, record-breaking performances at the National Track Championships, and valuable time connecting with the industry at the Event Production Show.
Packed arenas and high-energy environments defined February from start to finish.
MARCH
March was defined by energy, reinvention and full-scale sports presentation. The Netball Super League relaunched with a bold new look and fan-first approach, the Baller League UK introduced a new era of football to the Copper Box Arena, and the iconic Cheltenham Festival once again delivered unforgettable moments on and off the track.
With end-to-end delivery across netball, football and horse racing, March showcased atmosphere in abundance.
APRIL
April took the action firmly onto the global stage. Alongside involvement in the UEFA Women’s Nations League and celebrating success at the Scottish Event Awards, the month saw international series return, city streets transformed and major motorsport moments delivered worldwide.
From the WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series in Brazil, to powering the TCS London Marathon, and Formula E’s historic race at Homestead-Miami Speedway, April was filled with scale, collaboration and impact.
As we move into the festive season, it’s clear that 2025 has been a truly remarkable year for LIVE Events Teams. What began at full throttle quickly evolved into a year defined by scale, innovation and unforgettable moments — made possible by the dedication of our incredible teams and the trust of our valued partners around the world. Together, we’ve raised the bar for live events globally, and this is only the beginning.
