League One outfit Port Vale have chosen ADI to install a superwide 72 square metre LED display into Vale Park, which will be fitted in the former Family Stand between The Bycars and Railway Stands.
With an ambition to revitalise Vale Park, the Club are investing in a brand-new 32:9 canvas, which will modernise the 15-000 seater stadium and upgrade the experience for fans, as well as revolutionising the in-bowl commercial platform for sponsors.
A Unique Superwide Canvas
Following extensive consultation with ADI, Port Vale made the decision to opt for the superwide format, offering a 32:9 aspect ratio instead of the traditional 16:9. This choice provides the club’s matchday production team with three separate content zones to deliver creative content, a live match feed, and sponsor activations simultaneously.
This unique canvas will bring an enhanced visual experience to fans and create new opportunities for engaging and immersive content during matches.
As part of the deal, full content management and production training will be provided by ADI upon installation, ensuring a seamless handover to Vale’s media team who will be creating assets and operating the LED on matchdays.

“We’re delighted to bring Port Vale on board and integrate our latest technology into Vale Park. We now have our hardware in over 44 football venues across Europe, showcasing our strength in delivering exceptional in-bowl experiences. The superwide display will give Port Vale a dynamic and high resolution display that can be used in a multitude of ways on a matchday and non-matchday events.”

State-Of-The-Art Technology
The display features ADI’s proprietary MTX product, which was developed in 2020 and takes the learnings of over 20 years of LED screen manufacturing to meet the evolving needs of modern-day spectators.
MTX offers an eco-friendly and cost effective solution for football clubs of all sizes, without compromising maintenance simplicity or image quality. With a 10mm resolution, Vale will be receiving the same high quality product that can be found within 44 football stadiums across Europe, including Premier League, Championship and SPFL stadia.
Commercial and Fan Engagement Benefits
The new screen is set to transform the look and feel of Vale Park, creating an immersive and dynamic environment for home spectators.
With the ability to show live feeds of the game, instant replays, interviews, competitions, trivia, social media walls and more, Port Vale is committed to making Vale Park the most enjoyable and interactive League One destination for supporters of all ages.
Moreover, it will provide an eye-catching platform for the club’s commercial partners and matchday sponsors to promote their brands.
"The brand-new superwide LED screen is a major step forward for the football club and we’re really excited to see all our ideas and concepts come to life over the next couple of months. ADI’s expertise and experience in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions made them the ideal partner for this project. The screen will not only enhance the overall matchday experience for our supporters but also offers a powerful in-bowl commercial platform for our valued sponsors.”
