The Vitality Netball Nations Cup returned in spectacular fashion, bringing together four world-class teams – England’s Vitality Roses, South Africa’s SPAR Proteas, Uganda’s She Cranes, and Malawi’s Queens – for a thrilling showdown across two action-packed weekends.
With England entering as the fourth seed in the world rankings, but highest out of the teams competing, it was set up to be an intense contest. The tournament, played across Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena and London’s Copper Box Arena, was a true celebration of netball, blending elite competition with seamless sports presentation and entertainment.
Show-Stopping Entertainment & Sports Presentation
Setting the stage for an unforgettable tournament, our team delivered full sports presentation and technical production, ensuring seamless in-venue and broadcast experiences. Hosts Lucy Mills and Pamela Cookey led the crowd through the action, providing expert insight and engaging energy through breaks of play that kept the fans spirit high.
Meanwhile, DJ Jamie Anne curated an electrifying soundtrack that hyped up the arena, making sure that every moment – whether pre-game, half-time, or post-game – was filled with excitement. Fans were treated to live performances from Flame Lily Arts and Mr Wilson’s Second Liners, creating an immersive, festival-like atmosphere that blended sport, entertainment and culture effortlessly.
Transforming the Fan Experience
From the moment fans stepped into the arena, they were immersed in a high-energy spectacle. The entire venue was transformed with dynamic LED displays, bespoke athlete entrances, and engaging gamification activations, creating a visually stunning environment that built excitement before the matches even began.
The use of interactive technology like QPix and QVue allowed fans to actively participate in the experience, keeping engagement levels high throughout the tournament. The Stanley Dog cannon giveaways and interactive fan areas added another layer of excitement, ensuring that spectators felt part of the event beyond just watching the game.
