As part of an extended agreement, ADI are delivering an enhanced viewing screen solutions to Silverstone and their annual events which include the Formula 1 British Grand Prix.

One of the most anticipated annual occasions in motor-sport features the most LED screen product of any live UK event, with over 30 mobile and modular LED displays located across the famous circuit. This incorporates a wide range of ADI products, including the gigantic iCONIC 120SW, revolving Epoch 15s and modular screens.

Record crowds descend on Silverstone circuit every year for the oldest race in the Formula One calendar. 350,000 spectators attend over the occasion and they’re provided with incredible coverage through ADI’s screen solution, which is supported by an ADI team of over 30, including Projects Managers and Screen Technicians.

The sheer range and number of screens in the iCONIC fleet – which vary in size from 12m² to a colossal 120m² – ensures we can provide an effective solution for each area of the venue, with many of the largest displays facing onto the grandstands and popular viewing spots, while the smaller screens can be found within hospitality zones and for brand activation – like the Epoch 15 (right).

There’s always plenty of drama on the track, and every second is broadcast live on all mobile and modular screens at the site. Additionally, ADI manage the fibre connectivity for the circuit that sees all screens fed HD quality feeds resulting in greater clarity and richer colour.
