iCONIC H and iCONIC 100
For the first time ever the electric street racing series arrived in the ancient city of Rome. The 2.84km Circuito cittadino dell’Eur weaved past historic landmarks including the Obelisco di Marconi and Colosseo Quadrato, with 16 of ADI’s LED screens featuring trackside and within the Emotion Club.
The race started on Via Cristoforo Colombo and continued through 21 turns that make up the second-longest track of the Formula E season. Strategically placed around the circuit were a wide range of ADI’s mobile and modular LED screens – from the super-wide iCONIC 120SW for the podium – to super high resolution modular screens in the brand hospitality suites – all supported by an ADI team for the duration of the event build, activation and de-rig.
Stands were set up along the course and filled with famously enthusiastic Italian fans who cheered on the world’s premier sustainable motorsport competition, able to watch live coverage on ADI’s large viewing screens; with ADI also providing the circuit-wide fibre solution that delivered HD feeds to each display.
