Branded iCONIC 100
For over 15 years we’ve supplied UCI events across multiple disciplines, from mountain biking to road races and indoor track cycling, including some of the biggest and most prestigious occasions in the UCI World Tour.
We use our expertise in live sport environments and event LED screens to deliver custom projects for different championships, which take place in velodromes, national parks, cities and challenging outdoor terrain across Europe. We have the ability to provide the right solution for each event’s requirements, whether it’s mobile or modular LED, and supply supporting services in event broadcast, video signal distribution and branding where specified.
Large crowds are attracted to one of the biggest fixtures in the sport of Mountain Biking, which means a big screen is needed to satisfy spectators. One of the iCONIC 100s is located by the finish line to provide continuous live coverage, keeping spectators engaged even when the riders are out of view on the trails.
We have used an ADI screen at the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup in Fort William since 2002. It is an absolutely fundamental part of the spectator experience, featuring the live race feed produced by Red Bull Media House and other content over the two days.
The iCONIC 100 screen is essential in creating the unique Fort William atmosphere, with 11,000 fans cheering the action on-screen until the riders come into view and arrive in the finish arena.
ADI deliver a full screen production service for the indoor championships, with a 30sqm modular LED screen rigged from the roof of Manchester’s Velodrome, and an event broadcast team including RF camera operator and GFX operator to create a full screen mix for spectators to enjoy.
No longer just an event for the general public and enthusiasts, the professional Ride London races became part of the UCI World Tour in 2017, meaning the event attracts huge crowds of spectators at the start and finish locations. ADI have provided multiple, matching iCONIC 25 screens on The Mall in London to offer excellent live coverage for the assembled crowds.
Since 2009, ADI have supplied a large iCONIC screen for the famous Tour de Pologne. Consisting of seven stages and covering around 1,200km, the event makes strategic stops at a number of towns along the route, with every leg of the race featuring one of ADI’s largest mobile LED screens – the iCONIC 100.
Thanks to its innovative mobile design it offers a dynamic way for the organiser to build atmosphere before the arrival of the peloton in every town and city along the route, and also provides an incredible promotional platform for tour sponsors and partner brands.
The screen trailer is also branded to promote a specific sponsor, while the LED display is able to feature a digital frame around the live event feed with logos for other commercial partners promoted. Providing a super-quick set-up and de-rig time – within an hour – the iCONIC 100 is easy to deploy across multiple locations, which is an essential requirement of the Tour de Pologne.
